3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If returning for any other reason (e.g., changed mind, didn’t like the product), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

Once an order enters fulfillment or is marked as “shipped,” it can no longer be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return once received (see above).
